The story of Experience Business Services is that of passion. That is the crux of our story!
Experience provides tools and an innovative approach to starting a business right from the idea formulation to setting up and growing your business. We are here to help and facilitate the start-up process to minimize all the problems and uncertainties associated with the traditional way of starting a business, which we believe is the reason that not many people want to start a business. For now, it is important to understand that a Startup does not become a business until it has found the appropriate is to look for an appropriate business model before it can become a business. In other words, a start-up must find out first whether its products or services are needed by customers and that there will be a sufficient market for them to enable it to continue to stay in business as far as is foreseeable, before thinking of writing a business plan and the appropriate structure for the business.
My name is Kenneth Ukoh, the founder of Experience Business Services. We believe some of you may have experienced that planning or wanting to start a business or any venture is not an easy task, especially where there is no single coordinated process and practical guidance that is readily available that shows the right way to go about it, in terms of addressing the main challenges that start-ups face namely finding the market for the product or service that will enable to continue in business for the foreseeable future.
Traditionally, to start a business, people are asked to prepare a business plan. Growing up in a family business environment, I know how important it is to have customers who are prepared to buy from you. The idea of producing an imaginary business plan that is untested to see whether those estimates and assumptions are right, and expecting those predictions to come true, We think is a big gamble and it is not surprising that 95% of Startups fail as they with this kind of mindset
Our framework provides the main things you may need to consider when starting a business. Every business is not the same. So, these guidelines here are not exhaustive.
